The daily changing menu

The Coral Reef Club Restaurant surprises its guests every day with no same menu two days in a row. The Executive Chef, Hance Bannister comes up with a different culinary masterpiece every night which combines classic cuisine with Caribbean flavors.

Monday theme nights

Monday nights at the restaurant feature a sumptuous West Indian buffet. This delicious spread consists of local dishes using the finest ingredients rich in flavors and spices.

Thursday theme nights

Thursday nights at the restaurant showcase an amazing barbecue spread serving fillet and sirloin steaks, marinated breast of chicken, veal and pork ribs, lamb chops, pork sausages, jumbo prawns, fresh catch of the day, fish kebabs and fresh salmon burgers with entertainment showcasing a floor show of limbo dancing, folk dancing and fire eating.

Dress code and atmosphere

The restaurant is ocean-view and open-sided with fresh air flowing through as you enjoy your meal with exquisite service from our staff.

Our dress code is elegantly casual. At breakfast and lunch, we ask that ladies wear cover-ups in the Restaurant and gentlemen wear short sleeves and no hats.
After 7.00 p.m. gentlemen are required to wear long trousers in the Restaurant and Cocktail Lounge.
Shorts are permitted on The Reef Terrace only.

On Christmas night the dress code is smart. On New Year’s Eve black tie, jacket & tie or jacket & no tie are requested.
