Monday nights
Resident guests are invited to the owners family home on property for cocktails and Chef and his team put on a spectacular buffet of West Indian and International dishes.
Thursday night Barbecue and Steel Band
The barbecue is on another level with an amazing spread to choose from, cooked a la minute on the Coral Terrace with the beach in the background. Fillet and sirloin steaks, marinated chicken, veal and pork ribs, lamb chops, sausages, jumbo prawns, fresh catch, tuna, fish kebabs and fresh salmon burgers is complemented by a buffet of interesting veg-centric dishes and delicious, interesting salads.
Dress Code and Children Policy
At breakfast and lunch, it is casual, with ladies in cover ups and men in swimming trunks and t-shirts. Children are welcome and high chairs are available along with baby food on request. In the evening, this is an elegant restaurant and after 7 pm children under 5 pm are not permitted in the restaurant and there is a dress code – men must wear trousers in the cocktail bar and restaurant.
