DESCRIPTION:Chef Ollie Dabbous will be in residence during Barbados’ Food & Rum Festival\, collaborating with our Chef Executive Hance Bannister for two nights 25-26 October  to create locally inspired dishes. Ollie is the Co-Founder and Executive Chef of the brilliant Hide restaurant in Piccadilly\, London\, which was awarded a coveted Michelin star and several other awards\, all within six months of opening. Our guests are in for a treat this Friday and Saturday night\, having the opportunity to try some of his dishes alongside Chef Hance’s team dishes also.  The two chefs have developed a great friendship\, with Hance visiting Hide over the summer. \nContact Us
